Warranty Registration
Please note that all warranty resolutions are subject to the sole discretion of DecoTeak. To submit a warranty claim, it is imperative to provide photographic evidence and proof of purchase or warranty registration. Kindly ensure that your purchase was made from an authorized reseller of DecoTeak, as warranty coverage is valid only under such circumstances.
Our product warranties are effective from the date of purchase. We offer a 1-year limited warranty that covers shipping damage and manufacturing defects. Additionally, we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which commences from the date of purchase (not the date of product opening).

All vanities are shipped via LTL freight, utilizing a semi-truck for delivery.
If you reside in an area inaccessible by a semi-truck, please inform us to arrange a small truck delivery.
A scheduled delivery with the carrier is mandatory, and a signature is required upon drop-off.
All Vanities are fully inspected before shipment for damage and manufacturing issues, including door and drawer testing.
We urge you to thoroughly inspect the vanity upon delivery for any shipping damage or defects. If any issues are found, please decline the delivery to avoid return shipment charges.
If you are unable to inspect the item before the carrier leaves, we allow 48 hours to report any damage to ensure no return shipment charges.
We require photo documentation of any damage to move forward with a resolution.
If you would like to return this item because of a different reason, (Change of mind, Doesn’t fit, does not like color/wood grain, no longer needed) these will need to have a Return Authorization and there will be a return shipment charge on the customer's behalf.
