Kindly ensure that your purchase was made from an authorized reseller of DecoTeak, as warranty coverage is valid only under such circumstances.

Our product warranties are effective from the date of purchase. We offer a 1-year limited warranty that covers shipping damage and manufacturing defects. Additionally, we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which commences from the date of purchase (not the date of product opening).
